  • BCI Check 

  • FBI Check (If lived in Ohio less than 5 years)

  • Valid Drivers License

  • 5 Points Or Less

  • Valid Auto Insurance

  • High School Diploma and/or Equivalent

Direct Support Professional

Plan, coordinate and supervise activities for work, social and leisure experiences, always ensuring the welfare and safety of the individual at all times. Plan and supervise expenditures or financial needs, documenting properly, all the individual purchases and expenditure requirements. Plan, perform and supervise basic life activities as indicated in the ISP / IHP. Plan, cook and serve notorious meals each day for the individual. Maintain and clean the work site as indicated in the ISP / IHP. Participate as member of the individual's team. Report and document the individuals' progression and regression. Provide transportation services as outlined in the ISP /IHP. Obey all traffic laws and assure safe and legal transportation of everyone in the vehicle. Participate in initial and ongoing training as required by the agency, local and state regulations. Document and maintain accurate records. Attend all staff meetings and successfully complete all assigned training.
